2024 SACE Results

World champion surfer Layne Beachley said “There are so many people out there who will tell you that you can’t. What you’ve got to do is turn around and say.... watch me.”

With this spirit of commitment, perseverance, and resilience, we celebrate the results of the Year 12 Class of 2024. Regardless of ATAR, and regardless of future career pathways, we value the growth of all our young women to step into the next part of their journey beyond the gates of St Mary's College with confidence.

My hope is that the next generation of St Mary's College graduates are empowered to live the endless possibilities before them.

As they become our latest old scholars they can draw upon their Dominican values of truth, justice and community and realise the wisdom of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Associate Justice of the US Supreme Court to “Fight for the things that you care about but do it in a way that will lead others to join you."

We celebrate the successful completion of SACE for all our students and wish them well in the diversity of pathways they are now ready to take.

We would like to acknowledge the achievements of College Dux, Sirisha Subramani, who achieved an ATAR of 99.15 and the College Proxime Accessit, Amelia Scully, who achieved an ATAR of 97.65.

With 100% SACE completion, 44% A grades, 43% B grades and 16% of students achieving an ATAR above 90, the St Mary’s community recognises the determination of all our Year 12 students and the dedication of the staff who have supported them. We congratulate all students on their own personal successes.

We acknowledge that we live, learn and work on the traditional land of the Kaurna people.

We recognise and respect their cultural heritage, beliefs and relationship with the land.

We acknowledge that they are of continuing importance to the Kaurna people living today.
