2024 Parent and Friends Education Series
We are delighted to invite the St Mary's College community to our Parent and Friends Education Series.
Please note our 2024 sessions will be released in Term 1.
These important events feature experts such as Michelle Mitchell discussing ‘Tweens’, Cyber Safety expert Susan McLean, Director of Positive Minds Mahdavi Nawana Parker, and Encounter Youth sharing valuable insight into vaping, drugs, and alcohol. The series aims to empower you with essential knowledge and strategies to support the wellbeing of your children.
The Parent and Friends Education Series aligns with our College's commitment to student Wellbeing, Relationships, Agency, and Personal Responsibility (WRAP) Program. This program, designed to foster holistic student development, emphasises the importance of nurturing students overall wellbeing, including digital wellbeing.
Together, let's empower our children and promote their wellbeing and resilience.
We encourage our community invite friends and family members to attend. All are welcome. Bookings are essential. Please note, these are adult-only sessions. Our students will have an opportunity to participate during their Year Level WRAP lesson each Wednesday afternoon.
We look forward to your presence at our Parent and Friends Education Series sessions in 2024. Please watch this space for our next sessions, and we thank you for your attendance in 2023.
